    Quintax's provides a tooling package with each
    toolchanger including a full range of collets,
    covernuts, extensions and gauging block. We
    offer complete application support and consult-
    ing on which tooling best suits your particular
    application.

    Rotary Tool Changer Travelling Toolchangers
    Quintax was the first router company to offer
    single or dual traveling rotary carrousel
    toolchangers. Our toolchanger carrousel offers
    more tool holding capacity at lower cost than
    our competitors. Our trend-setting system that
    moves with the carriage, allows for the fastest
    tool changes possible. Intelligent operation
    ensures that no matter which pocket is called,
    the system takes the shortest path to the tool
    for optimized cycle times.

    Right Angle Head Attachment Right-Angle Head Attachments
    Developed for trimming in deep pockets or cor-
    ners of plastic parts, our unique right-angle
    attachment can operate to 8,000 rpm. Unlike
    conventional pneumatic or electric "off-the-
    shelf" attachments, our custom engineered
    attachment is toolchangeable and features a
    heavy-duty "machine-tool" design to withstand
    everyday use.

    		 Vacuum Systems
    High-velocity vacuum hold-down systems with
    integral table runners are available for all
    Quintax routers. Our vacuum systems incorpo-
    rate an automatic vacuum valving mechanism
    for increased production. Each vacuum table
    has a low-vacuum sensor, table mounted on/off
    button, and a vacuum pressure gauge.

    		 High-Flow Vacuum Tables
    The machines aluminum grid provides for
    "spoil-board" hold-down and the vacuum port
    adapter is included to redirect vacuum to a fix-
    ture.
